What to Expect for your First Visit
From check-in to your first rep, here’s how we make your first visit easy — and fired up!
1. Check In + Welcome Walkthrough
We’ll greet you, get your profile set up, and tour you through the space so you’re comfortable from the jump.
2. Skills Court Training
Ball-handling, passing, footwork, reaction training, and decision-making — all tracked and fed back to you instantly.
3. Shooting Court Session
You’ll run through guided drills with real-time feedback on the Splash Meter - measuring your arc, depth, alignment - and consistency. This is where athletes usually go “oh… wow.”
4. Coaching Support Throughout
Our coaches are hands-on, encouraging, and fully focused on helping you feel confident and successful in your first workout.
5. Your Data in the App
You’ll leave with real numbers showing where you shine and where you can grow — the foundation of every athlete’s training journey here.
6. Next Steps (Only if You Want Them)
