By purchasing from shoot360calgary.com, you agree to these terms and any conditions shown on the product page or at registration.

Purchases: Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and applicable charges are shown at checkout. If we cancel an order because of an error or unavailability, we will refund the amount charged.

Training and bookings: Check each product for its dates, age requirements, booking rules, commitment, and expiry period. A purchase does not reserve a session time unless a booking is confirmed. Membership billing and cancellation follow the terms provided when you join. A parent or legal guardian must authorize purchases for minors and complete any required participation forms.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. See our Refund Policy. If Shoot 360 Calgary cancels a purchased service, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Gift cards: Dollar-value gift cards do not expire in Alberta. Any use period for a specific session pass is shown with that product.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms are governed by Alberta law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
